Hey, I’m Kelsey! I’m an editor, turned product person with a love for strategy, design and user experience. I’m an optimist, a team player, and a strong believer that change-making teams are built through “Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose” - shout out to Daniel Pink. When you can grow people and their careers while making magic for your consumers, you win.

I have an extensive background in storytelling. I started my career as a journalist, following professional athletes around the world. This experience unconventionally moved me into a technology role as a product design manager. I now manage an amazing team of product designers. In partnership with product owners and technologists, we create TV, mobile, and web experiences for over 32 million customers at Spectrum. 

I have a Masters's degree in Design, Business, and Technology from the University of Southern California and have eternally borrowed the phrase “How Might We.” 

I’m looking for a design leadership or product management role that will allow me to contribute to a team of thinkers, innovators, and creators and solve awesome problems.
